Say hello to the beautiful Sylvanian Families Hedgehog Family! There’s Mum Eleanor, Dad Mortimer and their two children, Maxwell and Abigail.

Mortimer is a tailor and he loves to make all the clothes for everyone living in Sylvania. He’s favourite place to sit is in his rocking chair, carefully stitching away whilst he gently rocks back and forth. Eleanor is equally talented, designing and making all of the special occasion wear and costumes for weddings and celebrations. They are teaching their children all of their secrets too! Maxwell is learning the tricks of the tailoring trade and he’s brilliant at measuring up all the material, but he leaves the cutting and stitching to his dad. Abigail loves to design clothes, particularly dresses, and if she’s very lucky, her mum and dad will make them for her!
