Bigjigs Toys Cutting Vegetables Crate

Bigjigs Toys Cutting Vegetables Crate:

Chop chop chop! Young children will love slicing up the vegetables in the Bigjigs Toys Cutting Vegetables Crate! The wooden crate contains a variety of popular veg, all wooden, that can be cut into chunks with the wooden knife. There’s even a wooden chopping board to work on, helping children to learn about food safety and hygiene in the kitchen. This brightly coloured collection includes an onion, mushroom, cucumber, tomato, carrot and more. And when the cooking is complete, all of the vegetables can be safely and neatly stored back into the crate. We love the educational value of playing with Bigjigs Toys wooden pretend food: helping children to learn about meal preparation, where our food comes from and how to create a healthy, balanced meal. It’s also great for encouraging role-play, social skills and the development of language.

Bigjigs Toys was established in Kent in 1985 by two teachers. They have always had child development, education and fun at the very core of what they do. Since then, Bigjigs Toys has grown massively with an enormous range of high quality yet affordable children’s toy ranges from dolls houses and pretend play to wooden jigsaws, games, pocket money toys and of course the hugely popular Bigjigs Rail. We love their strong values and the beautiful, durable and inspiring toys they produce, which is why you will find so many of them in our store!
